What are the differences in comparison to traditional curling?
- Two player Teams
- Throw with a stick or traditional delivery
- Six end games, six rocks per end
- Each player stays at one end for the entire game
- Each player skips half the game
- Sweeping and brushing is not allowed between hog lines
- Players are not allowed to cross centre ice unless time-out is called
- Cannot remove any rock until 3 rocks have been thrown

Stick Curling In Port Moody
In 2023 the BC Master Curlers Association added stick curling to thier provincial playoffs. A team from Port Moody represented Pacific Coast Zone 3 (Metro Vancouver) in the provincials in 2023/2024.
